We are currently recruiting for the following roles:
Security Specialist
CY4OR is currently expanding its Pen Testing team and is looking for a dynamic and passionate pen tester to help extend its service offering. CY4OR’s vulnerability assessment and pen testing service enables organisations to quantify and qualify security risks and apply resources to remediate those risks in the most efficient manner.
We are looking for someone who has gained CEH (Certified Ethical Hacking) Certification and ideally have had proven hands on exposure on pen testing projects. You will ideally have progressed to TIGER or CREST accreditation or be willing to study towards these qualifications.
The role entails working away at customer sites and will require travel throughout the UK. Therefore, a full UK driving license is essential.
In addition you will:
• Have previous experience and knowledge of a wide variety of vulnerability assessment and pen testing software. Ideally this will include Nexpose and Metasploit Pro.
• Have knowledge of legal aspects concerned with penetration testing.
• Be capable of undertaking tests remotely and on site.
• Be able to produce high quality reports in line with client requirements. You will have excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Be knowledgeable of ISO 27001.
• Have a good understanding of server and network technology.
If you have experience in reverse engineering or programming technologies then this will be an advantage but it is not essential. Other desirable but non-essential qualities include:
• CISSP certification.
• Masters or degree in a related subject.
• Industry experience.
• Be interested in computer forensics – as training may be offered in this area.
The successful candidate will already have or be prepared to apply for a UK security clearance.

Business Development Executive
Basic £18-22k, realistic OTE £30k+ in first year
CY4OR requires a proactive, dynamic and passionate individual to generate new business and manage and develop existing accounts. The Business Development Executive role has been created to support the growth of CY4OR.
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the growth of the company, generating business through targeted cold calling, warm calling, meeting prospective clients and developing long term lucrative accounts. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional Business Development Executive who wants to make their mark and develop a long term career in this fast growing industry.
You must have a proven ability to achieve sales targets and excellent oral and written communication skills. You would be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing your own accounts and closing sales. This is the ideal role for someone coming from an IT sales or consultancy background, experience of litigation support and edisclosure, or IT security is a definite advantage, although not essential. You'll need strong client facing skills, as well as pre-sales and account management skills.
Business Development Executive Responsibilities:

• Identifying opportunities for up and cross selling computer forensic services

Business Development Executive Personal Specification:
• Proven track record in selling services, ideally in the IT security area, particularly vulnerability assessment, penetration testing and/or edisclosure
• IT Literate
• Interest in the litigation support and computer forensics industries
• Enthusiastic, positive, tenacious
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Well presented and organized
• Ambitious and motivated by success
• Looking for a career not a job
• Ability to obtain Scotland Yard security clearance is mandatory
