CY4OR has developed specialist e-Discovery software to support litigation teams who are faced with unmanageable amounts of electronic or paper based information during a case. We combine our forensic skills with our legal and technical knowledge to offer clients a full litigation solution. E-Discovery is essentially a two stage process:

1. Data Recovery and Date Stamping
All deleted or inaccessible data is firstly recovered from computers or digital media and combined with live files and physical documents. It is then scanned into the e-Discovery software and each document is date stamped to provide a unique reference, categorise the information and ease disclosure.

2. Search Facility
Litigation teams are now in the unique position that all information relating to a case is contained within one compact searchable database provided on a CD. Key documents can be identified through keyword searches, and then tagged, categorised, annotated or redacted to highlight their significance.

With over 400 file formats supported this is a key tool for large scale fraud and insolvency cases.
